How quickly can you deliver?

We offer same-day delivery on orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time, Mon–Sat). For next-day or scheduled deliveries, you can select your preferred date during checkout.

Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?

Yes, we deliver on Saturdays and selected holidays. Sunday delivery may be available in certain areas — please check availability during checkout.

Can I schedule an order in advance?

Absolutely. You can pre-order up to 30 days in advance and select your delivery date at checkout.

Do you deliver to hospitals, offices or hotels?

Yes, we deliver to residential, business, hospital, and hotel addresses. Please ensure you provide all necessary details (e.g. room number, recipient name) to avoid delays.

Will the flowers look exactly like the pictures?

We always aim to match the bouquet shown online. Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute with equal or higher value flowers, while maintaining the overall look and feel.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes. During checkout, you can write a custom card message to include with your flowers — it’s handwritten for a personal touch.

Do you offer custom arrangements?

We don’t offer customisations so we can focus on fast delivery, flawless quality, and zero hassle. Our curated designs are crafted by expert florists and ready to impress — no guesswork, no delays.

Can I leave special instructions?

Absolutely. You’ll have the option to leave delivery instructions (e.g. “leave in porch” or “with neighbour at #22”) to help ensure a smooth delivery if you’re away.

How do I contact you if I have a problem with my order?

We’re here to help. Contact us via live chat, email, or our customer support line. We typically respond within 1 hour during business hours.

What if the recipient isn’t home?

We understand that life is busy, and sometimes you may not be home when your delivery arrives. We’ll still take care of the delivery.

If you’re not home, we’ll do our best to ensure your delivery still reaches you safely. Our drivers are instructed to look for a safe spot to leave your item (such as a porch, shed, or with a neighbour) and will send you a confirmation message once it’s been left. Please check around your property once you receive this update.

Will I know when the driver is on their way?

Yes! Our delivery drivers are assigned their routes in the morning. Once your delivery is on its way, you’ll receive a message with real-time updates and the driver’s progress so you can plan accordingly.

Can the driver come back later if I miss them?

Due to the personal and time-sensitive nature of our deliveries (especially flowers!), we can only make one delivery attempt to your address. We’re unable to reattempt delivery later in the day.
